Dear Clergy, Religious Brothers and Sisters, Congregation of Mariannhill Missionaries (CMM), Order of Saint Paul the First Hermit (OSPPE), and all People of God of the Catholic Diocese of Umzimkulu and beyond. ⛪ Once again, we rejoice and are glad as we publicly present the extended invitation to the priestly ordination of our sons born and bred in our Diocese, respectively. Rev. Deacon Buhle Miya and Rev. Deacon Monwabisi Mncwabe are Diocesans, while Rev. Deacon Nzimande belongs to the OSPPE Congregation, Rev. Deacon Gumede is of the Congregation of Mariannhill Missionaries (CMM). They all serve the Church of Christ in the service of the People of God. Please join us on the 26th of October 2024 in Centocow, 09:00, as they are all together raised to the order of Presbyters by Rt. Rev. Bishop Stanislaw Jan Dziuba, OSPPE of the Diocese of Umzimkulu. This is an extended invitation to all communities. Let us, therefore, pray for our Priests Elect as they prepare themselves for their upcoming ordination. Do not forget to pray for their respective families as well. 🕯️🙏🏾😇

Dear Faithful of the Catholic Diocese of Umzimkulu. Pope Francis has launched the Synod on Synodality - that is to re-discover the Church that is walking together as one community of People of God. To achieve this we need the many voices, especially of YOUNG PEOPLE, and advices of ALL people, who guided by the Holy Spirit, will share with us their dreams and vision for the Church of Umzimkulu Diocese, by responding to the questions in these online forms that are above. Please click the link and share honestly your vision for our common Church. All who are living in the area the Diocese of Umzimkulu, as well those who presently are living, working or studying outside, those who left the Church are to share their life experinces and so on... should contribute to this process of consultation to build up the God's Kingdom in our Communities. The responses will be put together to give the full picture, how we all wish our Catholic Church to look like. This is the great opportunity to walk together as one Catholic Church.
